The aim of the BANC No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS) is to provide no interest loans to people on low incomes living in the following areas: Leura, Katoomba, Medlow Bath, Blackheath, Megalong, Shipley, Mount Victoria, Dargan, Bell, Mount Irvine, Mount Wilson, Mount Tomah.

Monday to Friday
9:30am – 4:30pm

Venue Use

The meeting room is available for hire. Premises are carpeted and heated, and kitchen facilities are available.

Non- Profit Groups: $5 for the first hour and $2 for each hour thereafter

Profit making Groups: $10 for each hour of use

BANC provides a range of services to the community, from the use of facilities such as our group room, free computers use, photocopying and and wifi access.

CAS-MasterThe Community Access Service (CAS) has been providing service to people with disability in the upper Blue Mountains for over 15 years. Our aim is to focus on inclusion and the development of each person’s unique talents and abilities.
