Applications are accepted from people whose film is either made on location between Lapstone and Lithgow, or if the film maker/s reside between the same areas.
Film entry lengths are restricted by category as follows
General: 7 mins or less
Youth(13-18): 7 mins or less
Youth(under 13): 2 mins or less
