Mountains of Help- Directory and advice about support services for young people in the Blue Mountains, NSW.

Life can sometimes get complicated, and there are times when you need help – help dealing with the law, help finding a safe place to live, help just getting through the next 24 hours.

The good news is, there’s a huge support network right here in the Mountains. They’re called youth services, and they’re set up specially to support you.

MYST’s aim is to provide aid and assistance to young people in the Blue Mountains who are aged between 12 and 24 years and who are suffering from homelessness, poverty, distress, helplessness and misfortune.

Headspace Penrith is voluntary service to support young people with general health, mental health and sexual health concerns. Headspace Penrith can also assist with education and employment and drug and alcohol counselling.
