The Blackheath Community Halls are ideally located on the Great Western Highway directly opposite the Blackheath Railway Station, at 41 Gardiner Crescent, and are adjacent to the picturesque Blackheath gardens.
It is a multipurpose venue, containing two halls, which makes it suitable for a variety of activities.
The larger Phillips Hall has a stage, dressing rooms and a piano. These features, plus the adjoining commercial kitchen, makes it ideal for concerts, weddings, pantomimes, large family gatherings, conferences and exhibitions. The Phillips hall has a large motorised drop down projector screen for movies and presentations.
The smaller Bates Hall with its supper room, domestic kitchen and piano, is popular with community groups for luncheons, meetings and classes. The Bates hall has a motorised drop down projector screen for movies and presentations.
