CYBER_SHED, located in the Blackheath Neighbourhood Centre on Gardiner Cresent, is your community-based digital learning and teaching space.
Digital inclusion is our core business. We focus on the over 50s digital novices., teaching how to negotiate the internet in all its forms.
Most of our tuition is conducted one-to-one. But we also run monthly CYBER_SOCIAL get-togethers.
CYBER_SHED, teaches digital literacy skills, to educate and equip people to stay connected to far-flung family, take part in the broader community, and stay safe online.

Digital Mentor
CYBER_SHED digital mentor Simon Hare is passionate about digital inclusion. He is a teacher, community activist, and online learning designer. Simon joined BANC following a career in broadcasting & tertiary education. He has worked in digital media for over 20 years.

Monthly learning circle to discuss digital matters in a collaborative atmosphere.
Not a club, come along whenever the timing or the topic suits.
