Meet Your Experienced Plan Managers
Melanie Dignam
Melanie has been with BANC Plan
Management since the beginning of
2023. She has a strong
background in administration and
bookkeeping and has also worked in
Allied Health administration. Building
a relationship with participants and
helping them to understand their
plans is something she sees as vital
to the role of a Plan Manager. Outside
of work you will find her in the
beautiful Blue Mountains bush
walking her 3 cheeky little dogs or
with her horses, other than enjoying
her two-legged children of course!
Alison Hardy
Alison is based in Northern NSW and
came to BANC in July from another
large Plan Management company of
5 years, looking for a smaller
organisation that had a more personal
touch with participants was a big
reason she wanted to join our team.
Alison has a varied Customer
Relations experience and loves what
she does – Helping People! Outside
work she has a passion for outdoors,
caravaning, beach and everything
equestrian. She is also a very busy
grandmother of 1 which she adores.
Ghazal Peracha
Ghazal is based in Melbourne and
joined BANC in August this year,
coming from a NDIS service provider
specializing in allied health/SIL and
plan management. She was looking
for a role where she could apply her
knowledge of the NDIS sector and
support participants at BANC. Ghazal
brings broad experience in the NDIS
space, along with a background in
bookkeeping and finance. Outside of
work, she enjoys going for walks,
being outdoors, and spending time
with her family.
